Next month I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon.. I have done no training for this one so not looking forward to it in the slightest, however the pain I will endure on the day is nothing compared the the 17 families a day that suffer the trauma of a miscarriage, still birth or a neonatal death. Listening to the story of a family yesterday broke my heart, they were truly amazing and inspiring and despite their pain they have set up a charity to support other families that experience this loss. 4louis is a charity that supply hospitals with the most beautiful memory boxes and cuddle cots to allow families to capture special memories and be able to spend some time before they say goodbye.
