Next month on November 3 we will celebrate two anniversaries. It was 7 years ago on that day that both OTI and Bobs Newheart Blogs were born. Today OTI has over 4,000 members and we have posted nearly 250 blogs on Bobs Newheart. That site has now been accessed by nearly a quarter of a million people in 162 countries. The success of both sites is due in large part to all of you who frequent them and have spread the word, but the real heroes are the donors. I would not be here without the wonderful man who gave me his heart. Many of you would not be members had it not been for your donors. November 3, then should be a celebration in honor of donors, donor families, caregivers, OPOs, transplant teams and all those associated with the gift of life. God bless each and every one of you for your unselfishness and commitment to saving lives..
