Next time you go to a hair stylist (I use that word loosely), remember if you have thick hair, when they take the garden shear scissors out to thin it, it takes chunks of hair leaving it .....well just a little clunky. And oh yes, when you say you want to keep the length, they take that to mean cut about 3 to 4 inches off (not giving any thought to that it took 2 years to grow that). In the end save your money, ask your daughter in law to trim your hair. Same affect. Love you Britt.....I should have paid you.... LOL
