As far as the Plaintiff is aware, according to the imagined jurisdictions (control) exercised by the state and federal government, no human besides those arbitrarily permitted enjoy the liberty to hire potential employees without the blessings of the State or Federal government and/or its subsidiary organizations such as the Transportation Security Administration which sought to compel my employer though legislative threat, to hand over revenue to their agency in order to issue a background check on the Plaintiff , in which said revenues were collected via extortion (A.K.A.- Taxation), (See Black’s Law Dictionary 4th Edition & Websters Dictionary circa 1995) “Extortion”, “Monopoly”, “Racketeering”. Such actions are in violation of both the 1st and 13th amendment which bar involuntary servitude and religious freedom, also protected under the Civil Rights Act. My employer failed to notify the proper authorities of such extortion.
