Next up on our count down is Princess Fiona! Fiona, age 4, came into foster care when her mom moved to an apartment which didn’t allow her. She is happy and healthy, and a Princess all the way! Her only issue was her insecurity with other dogs. She tended to go on the offense when confronted with a dog she was unsure of. Her foster brothers were definitely a challenge for her... Especially Lincoln the Partidoodle. She was previously in home with a larger dog, so perhaps they didnt get along which is where Fionas behavioral issues stemmed. It is truly hard to say where she gets her fear from. Regardless, it didnt stop her from being a lover to humans. You can see she is gorgeous! She loves lap cuddles and playtime. She is also a hunter! She managed to get a vole while in foster care and she was pretty pleased with herself! Best part of this story is the wonderful woman who ended up opening her heart and completely dedicating herself to Fionas behavioral rehabilitation! It was love at first sight for Fionas new Mom. She has enrolled her in several training classes and has been taking her to doggie daycare a couple days a week to help Fiona gain confidence once more with other dogs. Although she still has some work to do, she has come so far and the light is definitely visible at the end of the tunnel. Princess Fiona found her Furever home and her Happy Ever After! We are so happy for her! 💕
