Next up on the playlist for Holden & Sloane: In My Room by the Beach Boys. I picked this one because Holden has become sure that every time you turn off the light in his room at night it will rain a plague of snakes and frogs on his bed. So I thought the line now its dark and Im alone and I wont be afraid might help his anxiety about going to bed. I also wanted to teach them what a waltz was. They seemed to like counting 1-2-3 during the song. Holden loved the song, Sloane, not so much. She got a visual of some creepy guy coming in the room for some reason. I always liked this one because of the ride cymbal, the B-3 and the spinning Leslie.
