Next weeks programming + a little inspiration :) Hang in there, kids! ALSO, I know we had some pretty stellar 10k runners finish strong in the last few weeks. Does anyone else have a race coming up in the next weeks? Post away! Day 1: 5x200m w/ 200m easy jog 2min rest 5x200m w/ 100m walk 2min rest 5x200m w/ 60sec rest The 200m pace should be on par with how you would feel running a PR mile. If you dont know that, think about going about 90% of RPE given how you are feeling on that day. Report your 200m times aaaaaaand your favorite post workout carb :) Day 2: Intermediate Distance Workout (5ks, 10ks) 6 x 800m with 1:1 work to rest Long Distance Workout: (+ - if youre an ultra, let me know, you crazy person...) 8 x 800m with 1:1 work to rest Pick only one piece and record times for each interval. *We will be re-testing the 5k the following week :) https://youtube/watch?v=V9GIZZOt0Rk
