NextEnergy announces three REQUEST FOR BIDS: Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Infrastructure Upgrade This is an infrastructure upgrade to our audio visual (AV) systems throughout the facility, primarily in conference areas and meeting spaces. Some IT and lighting work will also compliment the AV improvements in order to deliver a cross-discipline ICT solution. nextenergy.org/rfbict/ SCADA Infrastructure Platform Upgrade This is an infrastructure upgrade to our data acquisition server and network communications layer that serves the NextEnergy campus. The server hardware and software will be upgraded to improve performance, capacity, reliability, accessibility and maintainability. Likewise, the network layer will be upgraded with the same objectives. The upgraded SCADA Infrastructure Platform will utilize latest generation technologies incorporated modern capabilities such as newer methods of connectivity, communications and interoperability. nextenergy.org/rfbscada/ Software Licensing Upgrade This is an infrastructure upgrade to our data acquisition software platform that serves the NextEnergy campus.
