Ngayon ko mas naintindihan kung bakit dumarami ang non- employed rate sa Pinas. From based what I actually experienced particularly in a BPO industries, talaga namang pahirapan. Just imagine, interview pa lang talagang macha- challenge ka kasi sobrang iba yung approach nung interviewer and as well as the questions. Medyo nawindang ako sa ibang part nung exams like the on- line assessment and etc. LAKAS MAKANOSE- BLEED. I also realized that my intellectual capability isnt that enough to pursue this job.
