Nice I get to teach bootcamp again for the week Im home! We did a great workout this morning! I modified Bob Drosts workout just a tad :) Where was Amy Vroegh?? Stations 30 seconds on/10 seconds rest 1-Pushups on ball 2-Alternate froggers 3-Reverse crunches 4-Superman pushups 5-Froggers 6-Side Plank 7-Jump squats 1 minute rest and repeat 3 rounds: 30 sec wall sits/30 sec split lunges/Walking lunges hands overhead 50 feet 5 minutes: Jump rope 20 seconds/squats 20 seconds/rest 20 seconds Ended with about 8 minutes of core work, and oh yea forgot about the several sprints we did:) Enjoy this workout at home as well! This workout can be done virtually without equipment.
