John Boehner and the rest of the House Republican Leadership just unveiled their latest capitulation to Barack Obamas unlawful amnesty decree. First, they want to call a totally symbolic vote castigating Mr. Obama for his tyrannical and unconstitutional action. And then... they want to call another vote to actually fund Obamas unconstitutional amnesty decree well into 2015.
