Nice and easy 3 miler on the Lavallette Boardwalk.. Felt so good to get out, smell the ocean air and feel the ocean breeze on my skin as I enjoyed running again. Wanted to introduce to you to my new babies. These are HOKAs:) they are especially designed for long distance running and for people with knee issues like myself. Notice the cushioning ???? The cushioning minimizes knee impact. They are extremely light weight which I also love. You can get them from Jorge or Starting Line Sports in Madison NJ.
