I left your fantastic course on Saturday jumped into the car and drove in a relative haze. I nearly missed the junction for the M5 and wondered what was wrong with me. I had spent the whole of the journey so far still in your seminar room running scenarios, quizzing the information I had learned and looking for the rub. This is why I was so distracted. The point was there is no rub,there is no but it won’t work in my practice” or “thats just a variation on the old technique”. Your course is different, as Daniel said it was worth more than a whole bunch of technical courses. Enlightened I finished my coffee and drove all the way home focused again. I spent Sunday re-engaged with my family. Today I took your words echoing in my head and truly engaged with my clients, using the 5 steps to getting an truly ethical closure on a treatment plan. day I have secured deposits on 2 new 6 month smile cases one of which was the girlfriend of a regular client who wasn’t booked in but had casually asked about the ortho offer and successfully negotiated some private dentures on the grumpiest old man I have ever met. I answered the phone during my busy lunch break each time Billie Elliot style, all thanks to your training. Can offer a massive thanks for being the only marketing/selling coach that has ever had such a profound affect on me. I am now finally in a place where I can move my business forward with pride, knowing that my ethical compass is pointing to true north and allowing me to finally charge for what I am worth.
