Nice one Wes Linden My post yesterday regarding someone who was making excuses not to come to Express Day as he never works on Sundays got many positive comments. I posted it to my status on my wall too. An obviously frustrated distributor jumped on the thread and suggested that I (and we are all) were detached from reality because some people might be working at the weekend blah blah and were all like sheep. It does concern me sometimes that people may perceive that they can cheat the system, do no work, gather no customers, give up no time, speak to nobody, change nothing at all.... So this was my reply. Sometimes you have to be direct to be kind... Thanks for your feedback XXXXX. Heres the real reality - people join the business to make a change. This would indicate that some of their previous choices arent working. Thats a reality. To make a change, something has to change. That means making occasional sacrifices or finding creative solutions. Thats a reality. Fact - events are key in this business. Essential really. Thats a reality. It always gets me when someone essentially says Im working 50 hours a week to not get financial freedom - and I have done that for 15 years and have not got financial freedom - but now Ive paid £100 to join this network marketing business, I want financial freedom but I only have 1 hour a week.
