Nice start to the day; however the neighbors to the north have a guest (Dozier, the boxer/pit bill) staying over again so this morning was a bit of a ruckus. Anyway, they took care of business and we finally came in to cool off, eat breakfast, listen to Car Talk on NPR. I see there seems to be some confusion about federal health insurance and Medicare. Like Tricare Medicare is the primary payer after you are eligible and everything else becomes secondary with Tricare paying after everyone else. Confused? Factor in the VA charging your insurance for treatment of service connected disabilities because Congress passed a law requiring they (VA) recoup their costs by screwing the vets with higher private insurance costs. Only if you have no insurance will they actually take care of their obligations. So you see the AFCA is not the problem but addresses those folks that did not have insurance continuing the federal method of addressing costs by shifting them to the users. We shall see, WOOF! :)
