Nice to see a forward thinking country who cares about its citizens, and the environment. A country where seniors still get the highest pensions in the world. A country that strives to be better than yesterday even with a higher budget deficit than Australia. Progress is the future, not going back in time. Australia is a rich country, shame that 7.5% of GDP subsidizes the rich, and only a miniscule amount goes towards our social safety net. This government is distracting the public by blaming welfare, health and education. At the same token this government is spending 115 billion this year in subsidies towards the high end of town. We are sold a lemon with this government.
