Nick Davis, Genesis producer who I worked with on Dimensionaut, just gave my album (CD) to Tony Banks today! I sent him a few copies. Wow! I wonder if hell like it!!!!! This is so cool. Tony sent me his album Seven with a nice note thanking me for help with the orchestral samples he used to mock it up. Now, I got to give him my album in return! Those who know me know that Tony Banks is one of my childhood heroes and the main inspiration for me wanting to be a keyboardist. Ironically, Ive stepped so far out of just that role with this album after many (too many) years. I have a curious feeling he might at least appreciate that I ventured out of my square of keyboards to go out front and sing my songs. What hell think of the album with his former bandmate Steve Hackett (and NDV!) who knows??? On the edge of my seat... even though I know it shouldnt mater what your heroes think because... whats a hero? Im talking about The Dude here. From Los Angaleze. So excited!
