Nick Griffin has resigned as leader of the BNP. If it behaves the same way as the NF did, it will split into a number of insignificant fragments, effectively ceasing to exist. However, the number of its active supporters may not decrease significantly: they will simply go elsewhere, probably to the Ukips. Mr Faraaaahge has already admitted that he does not have the resources to vet every prospective member for proto-Nazi background.
