Nick Longs nomination papers as People Before Profit candidate for the parliamentary by-election in Rochester and Strood have just been accepted. As far as we know he is the only left of Labour candidate in the race. The Green candidate is allegedly a conspiracy theorist , not on the left of his party, and has done absolutely nothing in terms of anti-cuts campaigning over the last 4 years. As some of you know , Nick is a Left Unity member.
