Nick Peterson had a nice victory in San Francisco Superior Court in a personal injury case involving two accidents involving a mother and two small children a few months apart; both rearenders. Mother and kids suffered some physical injuries but more PTSD for which they are being treated. Second defendant tried to get the cases severed and his case transferred to another County. Did not work. Frivolous. Good work.
