Nicolassa Galvez: Does anyone have suggestions for how to handle living next to a live/work loft that has turned into a heavy metal rock band practice location? They play the drums, electronic guitar and sing all day for 10 minutes to 2 hours at a time - ALL DAY (it is very random when and how long they play). Although their space is zoned for creative use, it is not have any sound barrier to handle the volume of noise they make. We have called the non-emergency line for noise complaints several times but that is only a temporary solution. We can file a formal complaint and face them in court. We cannot figure out who their landlord is so that we can contact them. Basically, Id like to hear what other peoples experiences were with this situation and how they handled it.
