Nicotine addiction is no joke, I have smoked for a long time (quit during all my pregnancies only to return) and even though I personally detested myself (smell on hands, hair, clothes, breath, cost, among countless others) I continued to as quitting is so difficult emotionally and physically! Gabbys only gift she asked for, for graduation was for her mom to quit smokingđąI set a quit date for July 31st the day after my 42nd bday, I may only be a few days in but Im focused to succeed..and doing it Cold Turkey, please keep me in your positive thoughts for continued success..I appreciate itđI want/need to continue to see what else life has in store for my daughters for years to come and watch my grandchildren grow
