Nigerian politicians lack virtues of great men, Nigerian politicians are tiny men. We intimidate,we threaten,we show hate in our communicated The exact words President Janathan used today December 9,2013 referring to Nigerian politicians(The president inclusive) as he spoke while paying tribunes to Mandela at a special memorial service organised in honour of the late legendry freedom fighter. I personally agree with what he(the president) said and now i found my answers behind all the political drama we the Nigerians are witnessing. I was in full support of the house members when they made it clear to the presidency earlier today that they stand on 79 Dollars per barrel of oil benchmark with presidency proposing 75 dollars per barrel as a benchmark in his 2014 budget plan,the barrel exceeds even above 100 dollars per barrel while the remaining percentage goes to only GOD knows where but then a rumour spreads arround that the motive behind the house members not accepting the proposal was the result of the 100,000 dollars bribe offered to each member just to accept the proposal which the house members think isnt enough and expect more from the National treasury as a bribe,i was so disappointed to hear that and do not know who else to trust. Though i find some stories a bit funny for example; G-7 rebel governors whom where believed by several Nigerians to be political heroes which i personally think are the direct opposite of that because now they are reduced to G-5 as Lamido and Babangida of Jigawa and Niger states respectively refusing to defect,yesterday arround 10:35pm Gov Kwankwaso of Kano and Wamako of Sokoto had a secret meeting with the president and the meeting was reported to be purely political though no details of that yet,hmmmmn!! i call them G-2 now. Why do we still allow them to play with our intelligences? Now recent rumours report that PDP plans convincing the former Kano state governor Shekarau to de-camp away from APC though he was one of the four leaders responsible for the formation of APC. I hate to tell you that if you really want to laugh and grieve simultaneously then read Nigerian political stories.
