The same people constitutionally required to account for the missing money but refused re throwing banana to your monkey by demanding for irrelevant (according to the constitution) 1961 Secondary School Certificate and you re all falling for it. Forgetting to ask questions that borders on the mismanagement and stealing of your resources, a felony against Nigeria and the people. SMH
