Niki first and foremost...I Love you...second...Im damn PROUD of you for quitting the smokes 12 days ???? Darlin i am on day 27 and loving it...trust me after 36 yrs of me with the damn things to just stop like that WOW if i can do it ANY ONE can do it...you got this beat at day 12 yes it will still call you yes you will still want to cave BUT I WILL KICK YOUR ASS IF YOU DO ;-)...you got this now girl just keep going forward one day at a time and before you know it BOOM...i was the same food to me taste like shit and to think i used to love it and smells ??? OMG i fkn smell everything now Bran laughs about it he even tests me here and here on opening something upstairs or spraying something and YEP i smell it down here when before i never even knew...but you have to KEEP counting the days of being smoke free...in Kens words I wish i would have done this 30 yrs ago...i never thought i would be able to do it..Cliff is my inspiration with it he dont smoke yet he tolerated mine (Love) does that ;-)...he let me smoke in his house and his new car because he loves me but enough was enough i told him almost 5 months ago that i wanted to quit he said when I was ready he would help and sure as shit he stepped up to the plate and encouraged me....the list of positive things this guy has done for me just keeps growing and growing....but you keep that chin up you keep facing forward and whatever you do ? DO NOT CAVE TO TEMPTATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep counting the days...and you as well will see the growing need to stab someone in the eye with a fork and the longing to throat punch someone WILL go away...of course day 27 for me and YES i still have the cravings but with the Love and support i have of my tag team Cliff and Brandon i know for a fact I GOT THIS and you can too...Charlie Nicole Brenda Robert and John...be the support team for this Love of your life with your help the road for her will be much smoother Much Love to you all and Niki ???? YOU GO GIRL !!!! I have faith in you...SPEARS do NOT back down to nothing ;-)
