Nina Ps Update: I just passed by and they are out there getting ready to rebuild. I am so excited! I was thinking…. My mom has been really down in the past few months because of the fire and the memories she cant replace, so i thought about something nice and fun we can do for her. She didnt just raise her 3 daughters there in the last 14 years. She taught, inspired, and loved all of our friends and other kids over 14 years until they eventually were on their way to other things they were doing in life. She loved us all from her customers to her employees we have all been like family! When you see someone care for so many people and do so many nice things for not only her own children and family but everyone who crosses her path i think sometimes we have to go out of our way to show our appreciation. To all of those who worked at Nina Ps Cafe and love Paulina Evans Siebarth as a mom, second mom, or cute little cook lets all have an opening day when its ready. Lets all get together and get her spirits up and get her pumped up for her new adventure. I think we could do a red ribbon cutting, music, food etc. and make it open to all who have been a part of this wonderful little local spot from customers to employees. It will be such a blast and such an exciting time for her fresh new start. I am going to tag some people but Tiffany Bourque Ashley and Fallon Witherwax please tag too!
