NingXia Red: This juice is an anti-oxidant rich whole food drink with wolfberry puree as its main ingredient. Just one ounce of this has the antioxidant power of the following: 1 pint of orange juice; 2 cups of beet juice; 3 cups of raspberries; 2 cups of blueberries; 4 lbs of carrots; 2 quarts of carrot juice; 2 lbs of beets and 8 oranges. The amount of beta carotene, Vitamin C, 18 amino acids, 21 trace minerals, 6 essential fatty acids, Vitamin B1, B2, B6 and Vitamin E is astounding. It’s my little vitamin packed shot a day that makes me feel awesome! In fact, I have found I have more energy, less migraines, greatly reduced lower extremity swelling in the summer heat, as well as just overall better feeling of health. In fact, two months ago before surgery my hemoglobin was at 7.1 at my preop physical prompting a 2 pint blood transfusion two days before surgery. I have a history of having severe and chronic anemia and despite iron tablets, liquid iron, iron IV infusions and blood transfusions I could never get it up over a point with all of those combined. When I started NingXia Red two months ago it was the same day I quit all of my iron and prescription Vitamin D supplements. At my post op checkup my hemoglobin was up 3 points! In fact, if I could only pick one product from Young Living it would be NingXia Red.
