Ninja tip of the am; sometimes being a boss..you have to make decisions. Must make sure you can live with the the decisions. Especially if its about changing the rules to benefit another person or even to keep heat from you. Just be honest. If you cant hold your head up..thats your fault. And the bridges you burn...will be your loss. I have the two best bosses in the world. I guarantee you they can hold their head up. And I know no matter what they have my back, thats a good feeling.
