On August 8, 2000, The People of Nirvana State of Kristosendom legally and fairly filed its Declaration of Independence with the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, and the United States of America. It is effective as of that date. On September 30, 2000, The People of Nirvana State of Kristosendom legally and fairly filed its Declaration of War with the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, and the United States of America. It is effective as of that date. On November 7, 2000, The People of Nirvana State of Kristosendom legally and fairly filed its Constitution (Amended) with the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, and the United States of America. It is effective as of that date. Lynching is the act of putting a person to death by hanging, beating, shooting, drowning, burning, or otherwise, by concerted action without authority or process of law, for some offense known or imputed. Lynching has been with the United States of America since its inception—perhaps even before. Used primarily against Blacks and their advocates lynching grew into a homegrown holocaust, spun out of the contrived social order of racism. Racism in its true and proper sense is the belief of Whites that they are better, more intelligent or more deserving of some privilege or opportunity for no other reason than the fact that they are White, and this is a reality I all White people for one reason or another and to some degree or another. Between 1880 and 1930, over 5000 Black men, woman, and children were lynched to death. Some lynching were festive affairs—public mass gatherings, attended by thousands. Entire families brought picnic lunches and ate roasted beef or pork supplied by food concessions, even as a human being was being roasted alive in their presence. Vendors sold gruesome souvenirs as law enforcement and community leaders turned a blind eye, or even participated. The United States of America’s ideology justified the lynching of thousands upon thousands of Blacks. For the system of lynching to operate the way it did then and now operates, requires both the people who committed the act and those who sanction the killings. To the extent to which the dominant society overlooked the behavior of the lynch mobs, places the responsibility for creating the environment on the shoulders of The United States of America’s permissive Government, the unseen force behind the lynching of Black people. For White Americans who share the same standard of living as Blacks Americans lynching is used to allow them to feel superior. Lynching also is supported by a profit motive. The United States of America—mainly Corporate-America—still need to control a large Black population which they use to generate wealth. Basically average White American views give them permission to do horrible things to Blacks. There is this idea that lynching was and now is permissible because Blacks are subhuman. When White Americans feel threaten, especially economically, they are more likely to act out violently. The number of lynching peaked when cotton prices plummeted in the 1890’s. Lynching is designed to send a message from the White community to the Black community—see how vulnerable you community is to this informal means of social control? “SO DO NOT GET OUT OF LINE!” Lynching is a practice all too common in the United States of America. Lynching is a form of terrorism used to suppress the Black population and was widely used in the civil rights era and beyond. White Americans did not break the Civil Rights Movement. Time after time, inhuman acts of violence only strengthened the dedication of those whose lives were bound to the struggle. The full story of lynching and of White Americans before, during, and after the Civil Rights era, may never be known. There was an unidentified teen-age boy whose body was found in September 1964 in the Big Black River near Canton, Mississippi. Several books noted his death in passing because he was found wearing a Congress of Racial Equality (C.O.R.E.) T-shirt, but nothing else was known about him. His name was Herbert Oarsby. There are many deaths never investigated, many killers never identified, and many victims whose names have been lost (The Unknown Martyrs). There are countless others who can only be characterized as victims of random, senseless White American Racist Terrorists—racism so perverse it allows Whites to murder Blacks for little or no reason. Some of these martyrs were not killed because of anything they personally did, but because they represented, by their color, Black, were killed by members of a large Klan and neo-Nazi organizations whose member terrorized Blacks. Similar acts of White American Racist Terrorist violence have victimized Blacks throughout history, and they have not ended. If you do not believe me, ask Trayvon Martin? Oh, you cannot do that, he just got lynched!!! And the list goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on!!! The thing that I find so strange, is that Black people never does anything about it!!! We have White American Racist Terrorists who are alive and well. We have White American Racist Terrorists who got away and still are getting away with lynching. There are lots of countries in an uproar over a lot less than Black Americans are accepting on a daily basic! They are always waiting for someone else to fight their battles for them or even worse they expect the White American Racist Terrorists to turn over a new leaf and just stop killing them!!! One thing about a rattler snake he is going to strike and strike and strike again, that is until you kill his ass!!! It is not because they cannot do anything about it because when the White American Racist Terrorist Government needs someone to go to other countries to fight their battles by killing people who are of the same color they are which is Black they are ruthless murdering heroes to say the least!
