That dozens of bombs could be planted at a declared venue in his capital city and under his administrations nose ought to be a matter of great shame to any self respecting administrator ... Based on what Ive seen in the news I dont think he has even bothered to visit the injured in hospital or offer condolences to the families of those killed... Doesnt your heart beat sir for your entire citizenry irrespective of party ideology and religious affiliation.....Your claims to being able, pluralistic, democratic and secular lie shattered and the very broom with which youve threatened to cleanse Bihar of outsiders might end up sweeping you beyond the periphery of political relevance and credibility!
