Is it because the police have become so lazy in conducting thorough investigations 4 cases 2 be worthy of conviction? Is it because the defense lawyers have become so good that the state doubts themselves? Or is it maybe that the NPA is just lame they even avoid prosecuting the perpetrators? Do we need 2 create a convincing environment so we can lure the best legal minds into the states side? If the answer 2 any of the questions is yes then we really are in trouble. I knw u may not think its important until it happens 2 u or sm1 close 2 u as it had wth me. I wish there was something I could do or an ear that could listen and that projects the will to act
