I strongly believe it is not right to have to beg someone to deliver a service they are being paid to perform to the best of their abilities. Given that there are a lot of graduates who are roaming the streets jobless, how do we even begin to justify keeping employees who are unprofessional and do not take their jobs seriously!!??
