No-Bake Vegan Frosted Protein Brownies 1/2 cup Chocolate Sunwarrior protein. 1/2 cup cocoa powder (can use cacao powder if you prefer the raw version). 1/2 cup reduced fat Sukrin almond flour (can use ground almonds but this will affect the amount of liquid you will need). 2 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of sea salt. 3 tbsp Truvia (or other dry sweetener. 2 tbsp maple syrup. 3/4 cup water (adjust as needed, will be less if using ground almonds). Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add in the wet and mix to form a thick dough. Press the dough firmly into a silicone muffin pan and put in the fridge whilst making the frosting. For the frosting mix together 1 1/2 scoops chocolate Sunwarrior with 1 tbsp cocoa powder/cacao powder and 1 tsp maple syrup and enough almond milk to make a thick frosting mixture. Carefully pop out the brownies from the mold and using a spoon, frost each brownie with the chocolate frosting.
