No Flex Friday Pic -- Maybe later. But, this weeks update (Week 11 back in the gym): 254 -- Down from 263 when I started Hack Squat = 700 for reps Bench Press = 315 for reps Dumbbell Bench = 90 in each hand 6 sets x10 reps Squat = 315 for reps Shoulder press = 225 for reps I have not and probably will not see what my max is on any of it. Im not 30 anymore.. but, Im very strong and have lost a ton of body fat. The two most important things for me have been (and youll find this too when you get back into the gym to get healthier) actually GOING to the gym and monitoring my nutrition. My Trainer is Nydia Salinas (https://facebook/pages/Nydia/1401822313405281). She set up my nutrition plan and we train 2 hours a day M-F. Feel free to contact her about nutrition. I just do what she says. Again, Im trying to extend my life by getting back into shape.. and Im sharing my journey with you in the hopes you will start moving your body. Joe Pags
