No Further Action taken today at Manchester Magistrates ;) It all comes down to the credibility of the witnesses were the exact words of the Magistrate. Me versus a Security guard ex prison officer ;) Weird but Good day,They had the date of the alleged offence wrong and changed it...mad stuff .... The prosecution witness lied saying I had confronted him from 5 feet when I had never been closer than approx 20 yds ,and was not aggressive or threatening in any manner . He stated he couldnt understand a word I said initially,but after a visit from The Barton Moss GMP Squad , I was accused of saying |: I will do you !!! ( Which isnt the way I speak ??? and been arguing in his face. Lucky The Law Prevailed ,diagrams of area and positions helped too ;) Thanks for All Your Good Luck Wishes ;) DefinitelyWorked ;) ..))) Bless Up All Those Who Have Been Harassed By GMP !!!!!!
