No Prison Time For Illegal Alien Driver - Hit And Run Illegal alien Cynthia Garcia Cisneros was sentenced to serve 3 years formal probation, ( one for each count), 250 hours community service, and a $400 fine for running over two little girls, Abigail Robinson and Anna Deiter-Eckart who were playing in a pile of leaves which resulted in their death last October. Although Cisneros claims it was an accident, she fail to report it to the authorities. According to reports after intentionally swerving to hit a pile of leaves Cisneros and her two passengers felt a bump, but continue to keep driving returning to their home. After one of the passengers returned to the scene, did he then realize they hit and killed two children and notified Cynthia Garcia Cisneros. During the trial Cynthia told jurors that the three needed a distraction from the tragic accident during the day and drove a different vehicle to get ice cream and go to WalMart. The following day Cisneros attempted to wash her vehicle to get rid of the evidence and was arrested by local authorities after a neighbor witnessed her sobbing while examining her vehicle. Due to the victims family not wanting her to go to prison the judge gave her a lighter sentencing. KC
