When you are connected to the Universe then you will see clearly in life that we are the puppets controlled by our own mind. The strings that control us are our conditioned beliefs, doubts and mistrust. As you discover the strings that are controlling you, you slowly let them go. The urge to pull a string of self-doubt or fear may still arise, but since you know that strings can be cut off from their origin, it starts to get easier to be aware of them and cut them off.
