No White foods:Rice, potatoes, bread. No milk products, lactose intolerant now. The acceptable list is all vegetables -potatoes. Only sprouted bread. up to 2 slices a day. up to 2 tablespoons of mayo a day. Broth made from organic chicken, 3-1cup at each meal. breakfast is 1 protein, 1teapsoon of fat, 1- fruit lunch is 1 protein, 2 vegetables, 1 fatslice of bread dinner, 1 protein 3 vegatbles, 1 fata slice of bread broth at 3 meals. 4oz of protein, or 2 eggs, or chicken can be 2 drumsticks or 2 thighs, . all fats are 1 teaspoon, except mayo is up to 2 Tables spoons. This is about 1300 calories. With exercise,-minus 2lbs a week. I will not die. I will be ok. Starting out at 1400 calories and will decrease. This ought to be very interesting.
