No bake cookies.... Nutella no bake cookies 1 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup butter (stick) 1/2 cup nutella 3 cups oatmeal 1 tsp vanilla extract In a medium saucepan, I melt butter on medium heat then add milk, sugar and cocoa. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool 1 minute. Add oatmeal, vanilla and nutella. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper and let cool. You can use peanut butter instead of nutella.
