No cable or Internet for three days now. Ive been dealing with their customer service for three days. I even waited all day yesterday for the technician to come to my house and verify the construction guys next door broke my service line somewhere and it might be 2 weeks before its fixed. I call Comcast today only for them to tell me I am not an authorized person on the account. So I can pay the bill...I can set up appointments and deal with all of that. But they cant give me any CRITICAL INFO???!!! Makes perfect fkn sense to me!!!????!!! And out of every single person Ive spoke to in the last three days there was was a major LANGUAGE BARRIER!!! AHHHHH!!!! Im one day away from calling Direct TV!! Maddening!!
