No comments of the scrimmage vs St Ignatius? Let me say that after the scrimmage some thought the sky was falling, we need to understand some things such as, the dawgs started off very slow,too slow against a team like St Ignatius that has quick strike capabilities. Next, we are not going to see our game plan for Buchtel next week against Ignatius. Next, Ignatius is a 10 time champion under Chuck Kyle. They are a very organized, game plan, weight trained, well oiled machine. They strike quick. You can not celebrate a hit because they have the next play ready to run. They have their extra point team ready as soon as they score. Their players are on time when they are scheduled for whatever. Little things are just as important as the big things.There is no other team on the schedule as tough as Ignatius, but that scrimmage let the team and coaches know what needs to be fixed, the sky is not falling!
