No comments please; 3-years ago today, for some reason God spared my life. Coming home from West Plains after visiting my mother at the hospital, I hit and killed a deer on my motorcycle. I was ejected off my bike at more than 50 miles per hour and walked away with bruised ribs. Rev Dr Mike Shy and I spoke about the incident several times including about two weeks before his tragic accident. I would be asking why and Mike would always end our conversation by saying, always remember that God spared you because he is not done with you yet.
