No equipment ..., No worries improvise!! No more excuses! When health and wellbeing is a subject of conversation Common excuses used by the general public are... 1.I have no time 2.its too expensive. Well.. You dont have to workout for an hour at a time nor have an expensive gym membership that you probably never use. Here in Rotorua we are fortunate enough to have the redwoods, stairs by the hockey turf, mountain bike tracks parks with massive amounts of green space! Body weight exercises are progressive (which means you can start off easy and progress) and also regressive (which means you can Tailor the exercise to whatever your fitness level is) These can both be changed by a simple movement to intensify or decrease the intensity. Challenge: pick 3 exercises from the following we will keep it simple.
