No evidence was offered in a matter involving an angry wife accused of destroying a number of plates at her matrimonial home when she appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrates Court on Thursday. Charged with malicious destruction of property is Shanee Lawrence. Allegations are that on the day of the incident, the accused woman was faced with an unpleasant discovery while browsing through pictures stored on her husbands cellular phone. It is believed that while browsing, Lawrence saw suggestive photos of her husband and another woman, who appeared to be well acquainted with her spouse. In response to the discovery, it is believed that Lawrence, who was unable to contain her anger, broke a number of plates, property of her husband, in their conjugal home. I saw a picture with him and a lady kissing in his phone, explained Lawrence. I do it out of anger.
