No good deed ever goes unpunished with Buddy. He wakes me up at the crack of. . . no, still no dawn, because he swears he needs out more than I need to sleep, which, on that part, was probably true, so I let him out in my bathrobe, freezing my nuts off, while he dinks around. Finally, I close the door, and only check back after about five minutes. So he stands there, looking into the garage, and sniffing the step, until I yell that its cold, get your little ass in here, then, as he jumps over my feet to get by me, he drops a nice wet one on my foot, which apparently had been clinging to his profuse fur until the perfect moment. Now, I have to wash my feet, and then wash his little hairy ass before I can go back to sleep. Sigh, Im probably up for the day, at this point. NO! you cant come up in my lap, you little dirt merchant. Go Away.
