No, its not - as the White House has categorised it today - a serious national security risk. Its... er, a film company which has had its computers infiltrated. So, its an embarrassment. Nothing more. (And, as a self-important major corporation, they should have encrypted their stuff anyway). The perpetrators are what we call hackers, not terrorists. (One should be careful not to equate this with, say, 9/11). There has been no threat made to cinema goers. Sony has no balls. And there is not - despite the presumptions and hysteria - a single shred of evidence so far to connect this caper to North Korea.
