No, its not time to stop amateur video taping of incidents of this type. However, this video should serve to remind everyone to not be blinded by what can easily be created for a specific purpose, namely, to foment and stir up people. Yes, it is quite possible this happened, but there are some questions in my mind. Why does the video not show a police car? Typically, police turn a suspect around, but this suspect/victim is shoved and held the entire time while face to face with the cop. Furthermore, the suspect is often pinned down on the ground while the cops either beat, handcuff and/or arrest him. The rear pocketing of the cash seems gratuitous. Wouldnt the cop have likely stuffed the cash in the from of his pants?
