No joke. I can build a hand-held variable Synchotron particle accelerator beam weapon that will disperse spectrums ranging between x-ray and microwave as it cycles through the Cationic and Anionic particle beam phases. Anionic pulses will distribute negatively charged particles and undulated electrons; when it switches direction to Cationic pulse phase, itll be blasting hydrogen protons and heavily anionic sulfur atoms through a sine-wave range from microwave to x-ray and back before rotating back to Anionic pulse phase.
