No matter how challenging the issues you are facing, always ask yourself what can I learn from this. Rather than focusing on the negative focus on what you can learn. You learn something every day if you pay attention. Life is a learning experience, only if you learn. I am learning all the time. The tombstone will be my diploma. Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere . Laugh everyday including laughing at yourself. People enjoy being around people who laugh and are positive. Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone. Laughter is a powerful way to tap positive emotions.
