No matter how good changes we get in this new IT policy here in Karnataka, but in these past 3 years of my observation says that there is still some changes are required in way of services first. If we talk about Job & its benefit then I am sure that the 40 % of this new IT policy benefit is just for contractor. Direct employment system is no more or very less, let say 20 %, So as per me this is more affecting to those employes whoever are working through contractor because an employe does not get good salary package. I feel that if I am working for a hole day and giving my 100 % on my service then I should only have the 100 % return as well. working through these contractor is like sharing your food while you are hunggry. second point is our Goverment is opening eyes so soon when almost all the electronics products are in India are made in Chaina :( This is so said that we have everything but we do not know how to utilize it.
